Arrinera Automotive S.A. (formerly Veno Automotive S.A.) is a company in which VENO holds 71,88% of its shares. The company has presented a prototype car in the supercars segment. 

 

The current phase of project is well advanced and completion of the final production car is expected in late 2012. The debut of the company on NewConnect is expected soon.
